Exchange Policy

It is regrettable we do not offer exchange or refunds for change of mind purchases.

However, if you have been gifted a Sarah Templeman piece, we are happy to exchange your item within 14 days from date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund, e-gift credit or exchange.

To complete your exchange, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase and mail your item back to us in its original condition, prior to us processing your exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Change of Mind Purchases

Sale Items

  • All sale items are final. We do not offer refunds, store credit or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards sales are final. We do not offer refunds, store credit or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Gifted Items
    • If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an e-gift credit for the value of your return which lasts three months.

    Faulty Items

    • We take the utmost care in providing our customers with products of the highest standard, however if you feel your item has a manufacturing fault or has been damaged in transit, please contact us at sarah@sarahtempleman.com.au. We will resolve the issue as soon as we can for you. Please help us in assisting you as quickly as possible by providing a photo of the defect or fault.

    Please note, we do not take responsibility for paying return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. 

    If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    Refunds take 3 -5 business days to process. If you haven’t received your refund yet. please check your bank account and contact your bank as there is often a delay. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at
